By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If the customer does not agree, the website should not be used to place an order.

Flerenay.com works to present accurate product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, weights, materials, capacities, included components, prices, and availability. Minor non-material variations may occur in finish, color, texture, packaging, or component arrangement. Screen settings may affect color appearance. If an error materially affects an order, flerenay.com may contact the customer to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected item.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself constitute final acceptance. flerenay.com may decline or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction, quantity intended for unauthorized resale, or other lawful reason. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

For a claim directly related to a purchased product, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a customer agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from unlawful website use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or intentional misuse of a product.

Force Majeure

Flerenay.com is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruption, labor action, governmental restriction, utility or network failure, epidemic, civil disturbance, or supply interruption. This provision does not remove refund or consumer rights required by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, the customer should contact support@flerenay.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any court proceeding that is not subject to a mandatory consumer venue will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

Flerenay.com may update these Terms for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Severability and No Waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
